I had heard it was coming with season 10... Don't know a time frame for that however...

I'm guessing Season 10 will be either April 2nd or right after the Delta event. My money's on April 2nd.

Well they have been known to have an event leading up to the launch of a session. I can see them doing the delta recruitment event before and the new session is when the all powerful Iconions make their move.
