I'm deciding in special regards to what occurred this past weekend, to make a far more formal effort to normalize relations between 12th and UPF. Forgive my tardiness, I give no excuses.

Also something I forgot to mention, with the nearing completion of our Communities Diplomatic transition into a new Department, I've been assigned as 12th Fleet's main Ambassador, essentially taking over Soral's duties.

Hi Torinth, and welcome back. We've had some movement in our ranks, and Wixiban is now the leader of our Medical division. They coordinate our role-play activities in the fleet. I've taken over as the VA of Diplomacy. I would like to chat with you some time and see where we can find fun activities for our fleets.

My typical play times are around 9:30 PM - 11:30 PM EST, 6-7 nights a week.
