I have not seen lost girl (have to check it out ) but I did watch Continuum which was really good (and that bleak corporate owned future hits a pretty good spot on what we might be up for in some years).

As far as Star Trek goes, after seeing the 2nd JJ Trek movie into Darkness. I would like a TV series set in the alternate timeline (yes some will now go on a holy crusade and try to crucify me but I liked both movies and the 2nd was great in my opinion, tought not as great as the original Wrath of Khan).

Voyager had only one good point and that was Robert Picardo as the Doctor, and Kate Mulgrews voice in the german voiceover (I watched some Voyager in the Original and had to stop it the moment Janeway opened her mouth to speak).

I feel bad how views in society have changed from wanting to see our society prosper and having people learn to over come hardships as a team. To what is now a scramble to find the dirt sex and drugs in every thing . Haha

I hope that people find a way to move past these things. They are only a temporary high with very sad and pathetic results from their abuse. I like gun fights and sex as much as the next guy. But Star Trek is about more haha it is hope in our society that can drive a lasting high with out drugs sex and violence. May be a kid might learn something useful besides how to join a gain and get on meth and loose his mind slowly. Lol. I work in law enforcement which sucks to see kids get so hooked on this other stuff. Star Trek prolly kept me on the good path.
