The file itself is not a PDF, but is some sort of program that allows you to view it like an actual magazine and turn the pages n stuff... Yes, clearly I am not involved in the technical side of things...
If you just click on the link, it should open in your browser. There is than an option on the bottom left hand side to then download it as a pdf.
