The 12th Fleet: Starbase Valhalla

I forgot to ask, as this is a multi-fleet event, would you be willing to introduce me to the other fleets involved. While not necessary it would be nice to have met them beforehand.

Hello Merlin,

There are no level requirements. All are welcome.

Only rules will be with regard to loot, which will be set on Need or Greed. We prefer that everybody simply choose Need if they have interest or Pass if they would rather not collect it. Timing being such a crucial portion of these missions, it would save a lot of time that way.

Meeting place will be in orbit around Andoria.

In the event that I cannot be reached or something comes up that I can't attend, Lt. Oberfreak from {UFP} will be stepping in to lead the event. I'm planning to attend, but we thought it best to have one of our event officers be prepared to step in on the chance real life calls me away. Oberfreak can be reached at Tovep@oberfreak and of course, I can be reached at Soral@laportej.

Also, I would be more than happy to introduce you to my contacts at the other fleets. Right now the only other fleet involved would be Explorers Fleet, but we have considered asking a 4th. Once I narrow that down, I'll try to schedule an introduction for everybody.

The event has been posted and scheduled on our side. Unless something in real life comes up I will be on that day as well. I am working on a backup representative at this time and will let you know who that is shortly.

Just wanted to stop by and say that I'm looking forward to the event on Saturday and my first mission runs with members of the 12th! Should be a great time!

I wanted to let you know that the Meet & Greet tonight went very well and we had a good turnout. I expect we will have plenty of fleets and their members for the main event tomorrow.

One of the things we brought up at the gathering tonight that I wanted to pass along was an information thread on the public section of our website that we created. This is the linkto the information thread. It gives all of the pertinent information for when and where the event is as well as options to communicate with us (both via chat and Team Speak).

If you or your members have any questions, please feel free to get ahold of me or Oberfreak. I'll be around probably about a hour before the main event starts to make sure we have everything set up.

Thank you guys for coming, I'm sorry I couldn't come myself. Tends to happen when I'm moving to the other side of the UK and attending a meeting at the time. =/

I'd like to join Lynxmukka in apologising for not being able to attend, unfortunately I had to work.
