I do hate to necro a thread, but I thought it would be ok.

I am Anton@Landshark535. I have recently been promoted to Sciences Rear Admiral and my echelon has been given the assignment of making and maintaining relationship with other player and fleets. I thought I would try to reestablish diplomatic relations and possibly set up some inter-fleet events.
