Why not have an application for people under 16 and ,depending on what the reviewer thinks, they get judged on whether or not they can join. This way the responsible people under 16 don't join, but the responsible people do.

Oh and I read over that charter. Do I really require parental consent? If I ask them can I join 12th fleet they'll probably ask whats that. Knowing my parents it will turn into an hour long conversation.

Good point, the parental consent rule is outdated with the recent updates ( a week ago the limit was set to 13 hence the parental consent)

Just so where clear, you are in the fleet during the "trial period", you only get send away if you cause major drama. I understand you have experience from other mmo's and respect that. Most of the fleet does, we have ensigns who had their own guilds for years but the same rules apply for everyone. By accepting the trial period you are in fact proving you are a team player and devoted to making this fleet work.

Ok then how do I start?

In the recruitment section of the forums there is a topic named "forum access". It contains steps in order to apply for further forum access.

As soon as you apply here I can increase your access and add you to the fleet roster. After that all we can do for now is get to know the people in the fleet, especially your squadron.
