Sure? I would be surprised to find 3 days grace necessary in a game though. Yes we will have structure, but will the loss of a single member really impact us that much?
There is a 3 day grace period to deter people that have poor intentions.
This grace period is not a requirement, however it is a request in good faith so that our fleet may be more prepared and reactive to the possible reasons of why some people could be leaving. Such as Drama or poor behavior from other members.
It should be known also that if you witness poor behavior by one of our members you should report it to me through Pm or report it to Arsinoe.

Someone had PMed me to suggest a position in JAG. I replied but also thought I might copy my response here for everyone's consideration:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd be open to that. Leaving most of the role playing aside for the time being, what exactly do you intend the JAG position to entail for me?
I would hope to still be able to participate in the rest of the fleet activities and I assume help to settle any unrest between members in the guild.
The description indicates a responsibility to help settle disputes both inside and outside the fleet. This sounds like I would be opening diplomatic communications with other guilds as well as discussing desires and direction for individual members as well.
For me to feel comfortable leading/being a member of JAG I would need to have a clear understanding what the leaders of the guild/fleet have in mind for the 12th fleet. After discussing such goals, perceptions, and desires I would be happy to lead such a department.
I was thinking about going science/tactics anyway which should be a nice fit for the position.
As previously stated, I do have a desire to understand where/what/how this fleet wishes to progress. I'd also like to know how old the leaders are to address any concerns of maturity before I would join the fleet and take up a leadership role within.
Other than that, sounds like fun and I look forward to hearing from you all. If you wish to discuss this in real time with the founders, please feel free to let me know. I have ventrilo, teamspeak and AOL/MSN/Yahoo.
Nice talking with you and hope to hear from you soon,
-Sov
