I put some links in the first post for those who have difficulties catching the episodes on TV.

So to start the discussion: what is Rush's agenda?
What was that shuttle that left Destiny few episodes ago?
Do you even like SGU?
Who is your favorite character in the show?
Where to watch:
Streams:
http://tvshack.net/tv/Stargate_Universe/
Torrents:
http://eztv.it/shows/326/stargate-universe/
I have watched every episode so far, here is my take on those questions:
Rush wants to learn everything about the ship and find out how to take the ship home. He is willing to sacrafice others to achieve his goal. I give him a two thumbs up.
The Shuttle that left Destiny was probably an alien race that is either A) skimming parts off the the ship or B) scouting it so they can take it over. Watch out crew!!!
I do like the show but I feel it is not giving the masses enough action or suspense. I am hoping they "heat it up" soon or else the show will not be renewed. I have not heard how the ratings are going.
Favorite Character(s)
Male: Nicholas Rush (Lead Scientist)
Female: Tamara Johasen (Medic)
Honorable Mention: Eli Wallace (Brilliant but Lazy Kid)

I was afraid I was the only one who liked Rush. But the guy needs to be more wise in getting people to cooperate with him.

Nah, I'm a big fan of Rush too. He see's the situation for what it is and is willing to make sacrifices. Colonel Young is too indecisive, Rush knows what NEEDS to be done. For example, when he told Grier to shoot the scientist who was trying to run through the gate and leave them stranded on the desert planet, they needed the device he had to gate back to the ship.

I love this show and i think all Rush cares about is learning how to accsend ,just like the ancients .I really like how deep they are getting into the characters lives and personal issues

Yeah, just an excuse for pressuring Young into letting him go ahead with the Chair experiment
Was it just me, or was the last episode (episode 9) quite boring compared to the last one?
"hey! I think that guy is sleeping with my wife!"
"hey! Guess what, I have a 8 year old son, so how is my girlfriend who has another main character in love with her going to react?"
I could do with a lot more Science Fiction / Stargate, and much less soap opera

May be they are trying to get more females to watch it. But yeh it gets a little too soapy at times.

I'm pretty disappointed by SGU, nothing happens there except trivial bickering, sappy love stories and a general lack of anything interesting to watch.
SG-1 Started off the first 10 episodes by:
- A Goa'uld attacks SGC
- Teal'c joins, helps hostages escape and joins SG-1
- People are infected by the Goa'uld parasites
- Cure a disease which turns people into "zombies"
- A member of the SG-1 team is duplicated by alien technology
- Discover an ancient race (The Nox)
- Save a planet who is an experiment, where their lifespan is only 100 days.
- Discover the device Thor's Hammer left by the advanced Asgard civilization
In the first 10 episodes of Atlantis they:
- Found and took over the city of the ancients
- Find and awake an old race that will kill lots of humans in the galaxy
- Befriend a tribe of humans
- Develop a vaccine to kill the wraiths (but not used because of 50% mortality)
- Discover a militant group (Genii)
- Has to protect the city from a Genii attack and occupation
Hopefully it's just a slow start, maybe it will get better..

well SGU is a drama kind rather a action kind... So that said if you are expectig a SG 1 like series then stop watching it isn't what you think... I like SGU it changes a lot the kind of the daily action series... Eli is my favourite character (I kinda see myself in this character, idk why)! Rush remembers me of one of my bosses, a pain in the butt so to speak.. Brilliant mind but closed mind... he couldn't see his own stupidity...
For the alien ships i think that could be the one that was damaged maybe the Destiny was able to discard it... or simply it was the same that th 17 souls used to quit the ship and got it detached, anyone heard that the space clamps were activated?

when I want to watch SG-1, I just watch the dvd's
But I'll continue to watch SGU, some series have crappy starts (*cough*DS9*cough*), so it could get better
