The failure to send a chat invite is purely on your RA Stromgold. Though he might blame Tactical Vice Admiral Kuvak for being on vacation this weekend, because Kuvak usually gets to these things way before Stromgold ever gets a chance.

I would take care of the chat invite for you, but I too am away this weekend (on the road in the wilds of Iowa). Any Command rank officer can give you an invite to the 12th chat. Now we will see if any of them actually get the invite to you, before I get back on Sunday night.

No limit currently on the number of alt toons you can have in Main fleet. If we reach the game's cap of 500 players in a fleet, then we will have to impose some limits and put excess alts in the 12th Fleet Reserve. However, we are only at 260/500 of the cap currently, so still lots of room for alts.
