Assuming you are wondering why his avatar was updated in the forum; the first two Fleet rank promotions are traditionally based on time in the Fleet. Lieutenant-Junior Grade is automatic at 30 days, and Lieutenant is automatic at 60 days (Lieutenant can also be optionally awarded at 30 days). Science Division Command has not followed the tradition of announcing/awarding the Fleet rank promotions in their forum, but I still update the avatars to acknowledge it, and to signal the individual is a full member on the forum.mWagner84 wrote:Did you get a promotion too?!That One Guy wrote: SWEET!
