I don't understand why they keep changing the Klingons looks every reboot. Gets tiresome and waist full. What was wrong with the Tng. Voyager and Ds9 look felt like their look was a established.

Discovery is before TOS. They didn't have the makeup effects for Klingons on TOS so they were basically painted humans. TNG gave the more up-to-date look we have now so Discovery used an old fan theory. The Klingons from Discovery are from before the genetic augmentation of ST:TOS
The rest of the story plays out in STO from Regulus where you meet Paris to the Guardian of Forever episode when you go back in time to save her.

well in tos era, gene didnt want to have to pay extra for makeup time. thats part of the reason why all the "aliens" have minimal makeup and costuming.

Either way a fan explained the difference between TOS, and Motion Picture Klingons. Gene accepted the explanation, and it became part of the story. Miral Paris became Kuvag'magh, B'Vat took her into the past, and now Motion Picture Klingons, which became the iconic look of them, look different than Discovery because of the affects of the cure for a genetic augmentation disease that was slowly killing them.
