Anyone know how common it is for Platforms to run games on PC servers? Is it even a thing? I really don't know, but I cannot imagine trying to play STO with just a game controller... Guess we'll see.
it can and does happen. but it doesnt look pretty.
and the game has quite a few leaks in it. and console players will crap a brick over it.

Yeah but less console friendly games like Final Fantasy XIV and ESO support mouse and keyboard on the PS4 and play just fine. STO will do just fine as well. I am more concerned about a segregation of the two communities, when I'm trying to find a way to let my girlfriend play with me without having to build ANOTHER gaming computer.
its not like you have to go full bore top of the line.

If you take DCUO, ESO, Elite Dangerous, and FFXIV into account, this isn't necessarily true with MMOs.
