Is anyone else not able to patch STO today? I just get "tried to connect to controlling tracker" and then nothing happens anymore with the patcher.

so my old launcher simply wont connect to the tracker, no clue whats wrong there. I downloaded Arc to see if that would work, but how in the world do you import sto into arc? When I click for scan games nothing is found. When I add the exe manually its under non arc games?
