Obviously this isn't how it worked out but that would have been a lot better I think.

Christopher Plummer totally steals that movie.

I'd pay real money if he'd shut up!

Yea, Chris Plummer really sinks his teeth into this role. You can really tell he's enjoying himself.

I really like the scene where Chang meets Kirk:

Chang - I have...so wanted to meet you, Captain.
Kirk - I'm not sure how to take that.
Kerla - Sincere admiration, Kirk!
Chang - ...one warrior to another.
Kirk: Right....

Ironically, both actors have known each other since the 1950's. Shatner once understudied for Plummer in a Straford production of Henry V. I can't help but think the smirk Chang gives Kirk isn't entirely acted, heh.

ST: VI

Great movie on many levels... And like much of Trek over the years quite a poignant story. It has it's flaws of course, but still sits in my top three favorite (Trek film) list.

NOTE: My top three list does not have a 1, 2, 3 order. All three rotate depending on my mood at the time.
So much for Photo Bucket.

My favourite also, pretty much the last ride the old crew. The start of Generations was also cool.
I agree with you both, this is my favorite St movie too :bolian: Though Twok is a close second ;)

Ah, you can't skip the Final Frontier. It's awesome in it's badness.

Even Shatner admits it was a bad movie. But more than a few have pointed out it's certainly one of the funniest ST movies.

After all, it does have this absolutely epic moment:
