Remember right after old Harry left, the camera panned to a stasis pod with a young Harry in it.

So, yeah, his Kobali-revived girlfriend tracked down his dead body, lost in deep space, and is reviving it as a Kobali so they can be together again.

I suck at photoshop, so pretend I posted a picture of Overly Attached Girlfriend edited to look like a Kobali with the caption, "Dead and lost in space? No excuse not to text me back right away."

I think Harry Kim was born wearing a Star Fleet Uniform (as in the episode in Season2)!
