Still waiting to be contacted by an admiral for assignment and forum access. Any word? I tried to post in the forum access request post, but its locked.

Your not actually in the fleet till an admiral posts on your application with assignment..

You will then ask for forum access..

As of right now we are insane with applications and the admirals are getting to them a quickly as possible so just be patient

Yup you can go grab a cadet avatar, and use that until you get full access. Once you get access to Valhalla, you may grab an ensign avatar.
