So I have a simple question....
Am I in or not...
I cannot put it simpler than that 
Also does The 12 Fleet has a vent server? If so, may I have the information so I can pop my head in when I am not in a wow raid?

12th does have a vent. You'll see the information when an admiral upgrades your forum account to full member.
I'd hope they'd be able to fit your in where you believe you'd be best suited. Pending room of course.

haha I thought it was like a JAG that does Engineering too.
I do not mind to do both but really I am more a social one than to bury my head to do engineering.

I have to admit that I don't know who is in charge of Engineering and JAG but maybe you could write a PM to our Fleet Admiral and ask for a transfer. There should still be free slots in JAG..
