Welcome tot he forum Ares. Unfortunately tactical division isn't looking for new recruits. I think exploration is still looking for dedicated members though.

Ok look. Simple. Are you, or are you NOT looking for members? Pretty goddamn simple right? I have been a diplomat for years but since it doesnt counts, I'll be exploration, until it is full, of course.

Tell me how you plan to reach the zenith, or apogee if you have no weapons or some sort of control over things?
