They should really put some effort into Starfleet Command / Academy in San Francisco. It's something they could do really well that in the grand scheme of things shouldn't take much effort.
Nice idea, could put more mission-handlers, extensive tutorial if things really do go where no MMO has gone before as well as places for RP or fleets to have meetings.
As long as theres players to mingle with, episodic content to play and a ship to call home, i'm satisfied
