Well, its not a bad game, the CS and dev team for it are garbage though. Plus I want to give this a try, looks more fun and worthwhile.
I mean, an MMO i can ACTUALLY Explore in, Blows my mind.

Yeah I really wanted to like Aion. It just required a little bit too much hardcore grinding for me.
Like the game went great until Mornheim and then I wanted to stab myself in the face. I never got to even touch PvP which is what I figured would be the fun part of the game.

I made it to L46 on my Cleric, Then it hit me, All there is for Endgame is Dark Poeta.. and you have to pay to do it. So i gave up on it and here I am. =3
Hoping it really turns out well.

Wait you have to pay extra to do the end game? What kind of crud is that?

Yep in Aion the fee for the base Endgame Event "Dark Poeta" is 300,000 Game currency and 15 Balaur scales that average 15,000 - 20,000 each.
And thats per Individual. So when i get a wind of that, I bailed. xD

At first I thought you were talking about a micro-transaction being required to get to the end game.
The reality is bad but not as bad.

Oh well, Its nothing to worry about =3 we've abandoned Aion for STO, all that's left is to wait for OB [then full release] And hopefully upon full release we'll be working together towards a common goal. =3
