I got the d2d deluxe, but couldn't find info on the client, had to get it from fileplanet (which is still the same company), got the code etc. no prob. Did i miss something, I only used the web site, don't have the d2d app should I get that as well, is that what helped? (I also got the amazon one with Borg BO, just for the smell of it)

It should haev brought you instantly to a page or sent you an email.
or go to "Your account" and view your games or your files.
Says
"Server up" on launcher, let me log in and is patching....a large patch.

I'm getting mine via gamestop, not my first choice, but its right down the street and its easy and all that

got the D2D pre order as well, very high download speed. game downloaded and installed in less then 10 mins

I ordered at D2D as well, haven't started downloading the client yet though. I'm also in closed beta so I expect I can just patch up, but to be sure I'll download the client just in case.

I must say I'm very satisfied with how they handled everything. They gave me clear e-mails and kept me up to date well so far.

I just really hope those of us who bought the DDE from D2D get our Trill during the head start

i preordered from GS, and still waiting on a key. . .

I pre-ordered through Gamestop and just going to wait for the acutal game to come in. I dont like the beta process very much so I like to just wait for the final product.

Going to be a lot of old constitution class ships flying around I think
