I think you can try to stick to the same threads for recruitment Mjollnir. Other wise creating more than one thread for the same subject get's things abit cluttered sometimes. It also causes confusion for some people to find the your message on a certain topic.

very nice Picture though! Great Idea! I think that we could use that for the 12th in general down the road. Nice Idea Mjollnir!
