Per STO forum thread (see http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/start ... -40-pdt/p1), there is a semi-confirmed rumor that the attack was by a griefer who was actually targeting Neverwinter (not STO), and now he has his eyes on Elder Scrolls Online.
