Starfleet ships are tiny. We build ships bigger than most of what starfleet is chucking around even now, with the issues with gravity and newtonian propulsion. Even big stuff like the Galaxy is only just over 600 meters.

Nooooo. A borg cube is about 1.8 miles a side and V'ger was over 10 miles tall. Voth city ships in the mean time are only around 6 miles long.
It's not the first time Jamjamz has mixed up the city ship and the fortress ship - the city ship is the dreadnought, and is pretty closely scaled to the show.
That's "better" then, but the scaling is still screwed to hell. Working from the galaxy, the borg cube is half the size it ought be, and V'Ger is at least 7 km too short and needs another 21 km in length. The scaling on the voth fortress ship is screwed no matter how we look at it; If that size is accurate there, then it's far tinier than V'Ger, and if we accept the numbers cryptic claims then it should be nearly as tall as V'Ger is long (60 km height according to Cryptic, V'Ger is 78 km long)
Also the Dreadnaughts aren't City ships. The Dreadnaughts are waaay too small. Those city ships are 10 km long.
