I've seen "talk" of a crafting system revamp, in and around the game ... I'd be surprised if these announcements were it but I guess it'd be cool.

I just want more raid-style content :(

Having two announcements makes me both more and less optimistic. Cryptic has a habit of pairing a very unpopular announcement (or a potentially good one with a bitter catch) early in the day with an awesome one a bit later before prime time.
