I'm guessing it's about S9. Maybe the kit revamp specifically. Adjuticatorhawk did just post the other day that they'd changed their minds about turning devices into kit modules and won't be doing that (Gecko initially said things like the Ophidian Cane and Shard of Possibilities would become kit modules, sparking a ton of pre-rage on the forums), so it sounds like they're getting into some pretty final phases there. Assuming a May-ish release, that might be a bit long of a dev blog cycle for S9 proper, but the early-year seasons have been a lot more variable than the late year ones. Could also be for an April-ish pre-S9 FE continuing Step Between Stars.

I thought I had heard an April-ish release (and I guess May is very late April), and I'm going to guess a major Galaxy update. I've been wrong about this before, but it isn't stopping me at all.
