It's April 5th 2409, 346 years since Zefram Cochrane made humanity's first warp flight in the Phoenix and the Vulcan ship T'plana-Hath picked up the warp signature and landed on Earth and greeted him. It marked the start of a new age for humanity when we realized we are not alone in the universe. The beginning of the end of poverty, disease and war. It also led to the eventual birth of the Federation.

Id rather celebrate "first invasion day" when the Human race managed to thwart the Vulcan invasion force and take over their ship and then conquer the quadrant.
