I live in Colorado and I never fly out of DIA. It is a horrible and evil place that constantly has issues. Colorado Springs Airport is only about an hour away from DIA and it flies to all the major hub cities for Delta and United daily. I have never needed more then 30 minutes from walking in the front door of Colorado Springs Airport to sitting down in front of my terminal for departure. Seriously consider if it you are ever in Colorado again. :D

I've only had flawless trips without delays so far with the airplane, but it still took ages to get home...

Granted, I've only had 1 trip to Romenia and back, but it's still taking more time then I care for. Maybe next time I should bring a book or something.

When I travel I bring my laptop , a book, mp3player movies.. um.. yeh you get the idea.. hehe

I have to say though I have been incredibly lucky flying and not had a delay or hold and that's saying a lot considering when I fly its half way around the world LOL

Hmm.. don't have a laptop I'm afraid.. I did bring my mp3 player last time, but with the noise of the engines you have to turn the volume up so high that it can be dangerous for your ear drums.

At least the flight to Romenia went by really fast, was my 1st time in a plane so I didn't really notice how long it took, but the flight back I didn't have a window seat, so that was part of making it so boring.
Not to mention they hosted the same crappy vid as on the 1st flight, which featured a lot of romanian commercial crap and some comedy show that wasn't really funny (also in romanian and without subtitles in english).
