Hello all, I was approached by rear_admiral_mikey on the STO forums regarding a friendship between our two fleets. To this, I can say, of course! I'd like to introduce myself, I'm Rear Admiral Arachnidus 'Vadam, and I'm the Second Fleet's head of external affairs and diplomacy.
