Entry (1) Stardate: 78133.21 (Feb. 18th, 2401) <Commander Derek Whenthurst (Starfleet Academy Security Professor)> - While Cadet First Year Koerner has proven himself exceptional in his studies and physical aptitude. CFY Koerner appears to struggle with authority and decisions that are polarizing to his views and opinions. CFY Koerner has a very strong stand on many topics and this sometimes leads to conflicts with Senior Cadets and Professors. If he means to remain with Starfleet and become an Officer. He will need to work on his issues with authority.
Entry (2) Stardate: 78264.72 (April 7th, 2401) <Lt. Commander Katherine Vass (Starfleet Academy Spacial Sciences Professor)> - CFY Koerner has received an infraction and has been reprimanded for a fist-fight with a Senior Cadet between Classes. CFY Koerner has been warned that this is his first infraction and will only receive three infractions before being removed from Starfleet Academy entirely.
Entry (3) Stardate: 79798.96 (Oct. 19th, 2402) <Commander Vincent Trehan (Starfleet Academy Command Professor)> - CTY Koerner has received a second infraction after an incident during the Kobayashi Maru. CTY Koerner confronted a Staff Member of the Academy when the Staff Member made a comment about CTY Koerners 'poor' Command skills.
Entry (4) Stardate: 80341.43 (May 5th, 2403) <Lieutenant Jeffery Smalls (Starfleet Ground Combat Professor)> - CTY Koerner continues to be an example to other Cadets during Field Training Exercises. CTY Koerner has on numerous occasions proven to be a fierce fighter and exceptionally knowledgeable of Starfleet Regulations, Standards and tactics in ground to ground combat. He has also proven himself to be effective with just about every weapon he has been handed.
Entry (5) Stardate: 80448.28 (June 13th, 2403) <Commander Vincent Trehan (Starfleet Academy Command Professor)> - While CTY Koerner continues to excel in areas of study and has made remarkable improvements to his attitude and performance as a Cadet in Starfleet. His issues with authority still remain, albeit not as significantly as his first and second years. Since his second infraction earlier this year of Curriculum with an Academy Staff Member. He has made numerous attempts to show his willingness and drive to be a Starfleet Officer. Only time will tell if CTY Koerner will be able to overcome this character flaw.
Entry (6) Stardate: 81258.53 (April 4th, 2404) <Lieutenant Tal'Den R'sloven (U.S.S. Trinidad Security Team 2 Team Leader)> - SCFY Koerner has worked hard over the last month proving to his fellow teammates that he is more then ready to take on the tasks of a Starfleet Security Officer. While he still has another two months here with us on the Trinidad. I am exceptionally impressed with his work ethic and knowledge on Starfleet Regulations. His aptitude for this line of work is exceptional and upon graduation in three months, he will make a fine Starfleet Security Officer.
Entry (7) Stardate: 81706.62 (Sept. 15th, 2404) <Lieutenant Victoria Durham (U.S.S. Bartley Security Team 5 Team Leader)> - Ensign Koerner has been disciplined earlier today for failure to secure a sensitive area of the U.S.S. Bartley. During his patrol of Deck 7 Section 2 ENS Koerner failed to inspect and secure the U.S.S. Bartleys Main Computer access point. ENS Koerner, aside from some out of place comments, has so far been an exceptional crewman aboard the Bartley. Hopefully this disciplinary action will be his first and last here on board.
Entry (8) Stardate:82045.63 (Jan. 17th, 2405) <Lieutenant Victoria Durham (U.S.S. Bartley Security Team 5 Team Leader)> - While the Battle for Korvat continues. The U.S.S. Bartley engaged a Klingon Scout Ship attempting to slip across the boarder near the Gateway System. Ensign Koerner, apart of the boarding party, was injured while assisting in securing the I.K.S. V'Dwak. Ensign Koerner along with Crewman Haines and Crewman Trask came under fire while taking the Medical Ward. While Ensign Koerner was injured, he and his team were still able to secure the Medical Ward before being medevac'd for disruptor burns.
Entry (9) Stardate:82437.41 (June 9th, 2405) <Lieutenant Victoria Durham (U.S.S. Bartley Security Team 5 Team Leader)> - While on an Away Team Mission, Ensign Koerner along with the Bartleys 1st Officer Lt Cmdr Tobin and Doctor Shin'Gua were infected with a parasite from the marshes of Maiewski III. The parasites, taking control of their hosts, attempted to commandeer the Bartley. Ensign Koerner was finally freed of the parasites control when the ship was forced through an ion storm leaving the ship dead in space.
Entry (10) Stardate:82815.49 (Oct. 25th, 2405) <Lieutenant Victoria Durham (U.S.S. Bartley Security Team 5 Team Leader)> - Ensign Koerner has been awarded the Starfleet Medal of Excellence for actions taken during Boarding Drills and Emergency Evacuations while in dry-dock for Repairs at Deep Space K-7.
