What made you interested in choosing the 12th fleet?
Honestly, popped up as the 1st in the list, coming to this portal however shows that you are well established and know your stuff in managing groups of people (A veteran at this in other games, Star Citizen for one...... Middle Earth etc)

How long have you been playing STO? Do you have experience with any other MMOs (which one(s) and how long)?:
STO - 2 weeks (recently) though i did play for a while back in 2018 but wasnt the right time for me then.
Star Citizen - 5 years
Naval action : 8 years (no longer playing)
EVE online - 10 years (though stopped playing back in 2010 as it was just getting to difficult to organise)
Dark Age of Camelot - 6 years but no longer playing.
Far Cry (1 -6) and Tom Clancy division. (a bit of COD but thats pretty rare - not my style of game COD)
alpha/Beta Player of Ubisoft skull and bones.
Numerous more over the years, but cant remember them all. - have to look at my steam game list (over 600+) to remember and list them all, and numerous "mobile" games - which is a mugs game as these are just money pits. (so no longer play them)

active player, I am a leader in my professional life...(i know it sounds pretenious right.....) so it comes naturally to herd people and have a very inclusive and collaborate mindset, but we all do to some extent?

Will you use fleet Discord (voice chat)? Y / N : Y
can do, not averse to discord calls (do it weekly with my mates) but you will have to get use to my Scottish accent. - though my dutch friends in TTO(Star Citizen) love my sense of humour and accent.
