What made you interested in choosing the 12th fleet? I like the way the fleet is structured and its mission to support members where family / real life comes first.

Have you ever played an MMORPG? If so, which one and how long: Everquest - several years (too many resubs to remember), Everquest II, about 6 months, DAoC, 1 - 2 years, WoW 6 months, LoTRo 3 months...you get the idea.

In a paragraph please explain how you will benefit the 12th fleet?
I'm an active player with years of MMO / gaming experience. I enjoy helping others as well as accomplishing goals as a team rather than as an individual. In addition, I read and post on the official forums and play on the Tribble server as time allows, testing new features and providing feedback wherever possible, which has given me some insight into game mechanics and what's coming in future patches.

Will you give your future division's Rear Admiral at least 3 days notice if you decide to resign? Y / N Yes
Will you use Fleet Teamspeak Voice Chat? Y / N Yes (need to buy a new headset w/ mic first)
