In a paragraph please explain how you will benefit the 12th fleet?: I'm a solid writer and I can use Photoshop. I'm also a Tactical Vice Admiral with full Borg/MACO equipment and a fair amount of experience in PVP. I enjoy group settings and would be highly active. Just give me stuff to do!
