Q Intelligence, a relatively small but dedicated community would like to create an alliance with the 12th Fleet. We have decided that, in light of recent events, an Armada partnership is needed to deal with the challenges the Federation is facing.
We're over 250 members strong, I don't think you'll find the exact number that important; it's the community that counts after all and that's what really determines our strength.

Before we consider the question of armada, we usually strive to work towards becoming a friendly fleet or allied fleet. Here are 2 articles that might help you get an idea of what it involves.
Usually the first step involves simply meeting up, we could do this on our TS or we can start a PM thread.
