As far as i know its the same but some american told me differently.

however for the EU and possibly US,
amazon will be sending the borg code by email on the 5th/2nd feb.

They are waiting for there pre-order window to close, which is midnight tonight (GMT). so after then they will start sending keys, depending on how long ago you pre-orders depends on how long itl take for you to get your key.

Also hope the dev's allow us to download the client early before the open beta (and servers) go live.

And I hate they call this an open beta because its not really! lol

I actually haven't pre-ordered yet, and was gonna do it this weekend. Is the pre-order deadline this eveneing for ALL suppliers or just amazon?

As far as I understand it, its tonight for all suppliers if you want open beta access, you can still order after that and get the perks (like borg officer), but I may be wrong here.
