No one can hear you scream in space, but in subspace, the signal reaches much further! A spooky event is upon us, and it features the return of the frightful Cat's Tale TFO and two haunting patrols!

The Halloween 2024 featured event will include the Cat’s Tale TFO and two patrols from the “Delving the Castle” patrol series. Players can either complete the TFO or the Patrols to gain Daily Progress towards the grand prize. Whether you want to fight Ghouls, Witches, or Skeletons, all of it will get you your Daily Progress!

Participating in this Event will allow players to earn Beowulf’s Blade, a vicious two-handed sword with unique effects, and Grudge, the ultra-fluffy Maine Coon!

Halloween 2024 – Activity Details

• Cat’s Tale – Ground TFO
  Explore a haunted castle, filled with ghoulish adversaries of ill intent. A monstrous form often belies monstrous intent, but what else might it hide? With the power to choose appearance comes the power to mislead...
  
• Delving the Castle – Ground Patrols
  Two fiendish patrols clamor for attention amidst the miasma of the ominous castle. Are you brave enough to face them?

Players will be able to earn their Daily Progress once every 20 hours by completing the TFO, or a Patrol of their choosing. Any of the above Activities can be played as often as you like each day, so pick and choose how you prefer to gain Progress and mix it up as much (or as little) as you like!


Halloween 2024 – Event Rewards
Accruing a total of 14 days’ worth of Daily Progress will allow you to claim the Grand Prize of the Halloween 2024 Event. This reward includes all the following:

Beowulf’s Blade(Account Wide Reward)
Once earned, every character on your account will be able to claim this unique Melee Weapon. Complete details on this Sword’s capabilities can be seen below.
Other characters on your account may visit the “Reclaim Rewards” store interface to pick up their Melee Weapon once you have collected this reward on any character.

3x Featured TFO Reward Boxes (Single Character Reward)
Each gives a choice of 1x Specialization Point or 1x Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade

25,000 Dilithium Ore (Single Character Reward)
Issued immediately for use as you see fit!

(Note: The Featured TFO Boxes and Dilithium Ore are only awarded once, to the first character on your account that claims the Grand Prize.)



Reward Details: Beowulf’s Blade
Completing this Event will grant you the powerful two-handed Sword, inspired by the sword of the same name in the Star Trek: Voyager’s “Heroes and Demons” episode! Utilizing the sword’s weight, whenever you use a finishing move, you break the enemy’s armor, making them vulnerable to additional damage!

Beowulf’s Blade's unique tertiary action is Grendel Slayer, a massive leap towards your target, which leaves your enemies stuck to the ground for a brief duration!



Additional Reward: Maine Coon Pet – Grudge
Alongside Beowulf’s Blade, you’ll also get a fluffy surprise – Grudge, the majestic Maine Coon, as seen in Star Trek: Discovery!



Bonus Rewards
After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day that you continue participating in the content associated with Halloween 2024. Each day you earn the Daily Progress you will be automatically granted a bundle of Dilithium Ore.

This bonus reward will begin at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion, then, scale up with each subsequent bonus completion that you achieve. The more you play, the more you continue to earn!

Zen Buyout Option
For players interested in instantly completing the Halloween 2024 Event – whether that is due to worries over finding the play time to complete it, or simply wanting to move immediately into earning Bonus Rewards – we will be offering a method for buying out.

Within the Event UI, an option will be presented that allows you to purchase the remaining progress you need, for a scaling amount of Zen. The base price for this service will be 2,000 Zen, but every single Daily Progress you earn will reduce that price on a percentage basis. Thus, if you have already earned 7 Daily Progress (half of the 14 required), this price will be reduced to 1,000 Zen. The more you play, the cheaper the Buyout Option becomes, dynamically!

The Halloween 2024 featured event will run on all platforms from October 17th at 8am PT until November 7th at 12pm PT.
