I hear muttered rumours about which weapons are available at the top..
at the moment i am running tetryon DHCS 3x at mk viii, however they are getting harder and harder to get as i level up...

which if any weapons and types are easiliy available at tier 5?

i dont mind respecing and would like to move over to phaser cannons and quantum torps but only if they actually obtianable for less than 100 bizzilion from from the exchange.

I hear where you are coming from, but I am sure given time you will find the higher weapons you want.

I have personally just stuck with phasers and Phontons however they may not be the best for Pvp.

Tetryon Dual Cannons and turrets are sold at the PvP vendor at K7. Dual Heavy Cannons are not, but they aren't THAT expensive. You just have to be willing to spend a couple million EC to spec yourself out.

Polaron and Disruptors are the easiest to get, since they have every single weapon at the PvP vendor, while phasers are the most difficult. Antiproton is only available at Battel Group Omega and outside of the K7 shipyard room for 7 Marks of Exploration/Honor (exploration in the B'Tran cluster/Admiral PvP dailies), respectively. Plasma will most likely be the cheapest, as few people use it.

As for torps, quantums, plasma, transphasic, and chrontion (I think) are available at the PvP vendors. Photons are not. They are very expensive to buy on the Exchange.

NOTE: I think the Sol Shipyard Exploration vendors have less weapons than at the K7 shipyard PvP vendors, but they may have different stuff. I just know K7's space vendors really well, especially as I don't do PvE with my alternate.
