Part of my nature is to hope for the best but expect the worst.

I think some of the changes will be really good. EPS Regulator nerf, not so much. It's a vital component, and
I don't think nerfing it would really make a difference on the gameplay front.

Cannons. Single Cannons. On any ship. Sure, that could be good.

Turret drain. Since I run three Tetryon turrets on the back of my ship, combined with the EPS nerf, this isn't so good.
Turret damage is already skimpy enough that making them cost prohibitive to fire is seriously going to make me rethink my
usage of them. Expect the turret market on the exchange to take a nosedive depending on results of the patch..

I'm really worried about what these changes are going to do to the PvP front. Klingon characters are already convinced of two things:
a.) Fed whining brought about the changes.
b.) Most people are going to stop playing Klingon after the patch.

If this happens, PvP is literally going to descend into the dark ages, or strictly Fed vs Fed.

Oh well....hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

I am scared of the patch. Maybe I am getting old and just scared of change. I'm scared they will break more than they fix.

Anyone else scared or are you just excited? Or maybe both?
