Indeed a lot of work went into it. I'm not sure how active the forums can be once the game starts on Feb. 2. I assume the vent server will be divided up so you can hang out with your squadron, division and so on for some esprit de corps and tactical combat. Also lacking is the need for vent once you make commander, that's probably the most effective way to communicate, period and also check player activity/participation in the fleet.

Well look at the STO forum, you have 4550 posts thus far. And not many of them are the token, 'bump' up.

Anyway, to help the higher ups make rank faster, you can always have some hardcore gamers, within the fleet, assist you with your quests. Splitting time between effectively managing a large fleet (clan/guild) and having good game time is difficult at best.

Also it's up to the squadron, division, to help keep good morale so that people log on more often, thus gain lvls faster. Maybe set up an elite squadron of hardcore lvlers and give them a cool name like 12th's Vanguard with all black cruisers.

Anyway, I read your charter and agree to it.
