Whatever mouse i decide to replace my Naga it will need to have a minimum of 3 thumb buttons. I've become used to having hypo, shield charge and remod on the thumb buttons and i don't want to change.

Darn, that's a good idea. When I get back home that's totally going on my keybinds.

Well that's a result. I contacted Amazon where i bought the mouse using their chat function. I explained the problem and they're going to send me a replacement Naga out asap. Then once i receive it i then return the damaged Naga to them. I don't lose any game time at all.

Couldn't be happier :D :D :D

They couldn't replace with a different mouse because it's out of the 30 day money back period but a new Naga is better than nothing.

Kone XTD is not wireless.., if you must choose a wireless, check out the new Logitech G700s.., Though I must admit I liked the Naga wireless back in the day.

I run the kone XTD

I have a ground profile with the side buttons mapped to the kill setting and stun setting.

I also have a space setting with the side buttons mapped to fire phasers and fire torpedoes.

Now to do this I had to map them to a special character like the semi colon and then in sto set the key bind for fire phasers to semicolon

I just program a mouse button to execute a bunch of keystrokes with some interval time between strikes; in between actions, I make sure the interval time is at least the length of the power's activation time.

For example, in space, when flying a Gal-X, I can press on button in the mouse to activate APA, APB, and TT, then another to activate a weapon battery, FoMM, Tactical Fleet and then the Lance in that order. I basically try to max my burst with these two keys. In another, I activate EPtS, A2B, EPtW, A2B... another key does heals, another key does a maximizing of defenses with RSP included... possibilities are endless.

I think the Easy Shift concept works better than more physical buttons.
