I hate Steam. After waiting for nearly 8 hours for my beta client to download, my internet connection suddenly disconnected for a couple of minutes while at 76% completion. Rather than continuing the download as it usually does, Steam decided to teach me a lesson about patience and restarted the download from scratch. Damn. :(

Know its a bit late but for future reference, you CAN download the client from elsewhere, you dont need to use steams version just because you ordered from them.
