Reason for leaving former STO fleets (if applicable): I left the 6th Fleet when the activity level dropped to nothing, and when I was feeling like doing my own fleet. I had 4 copies of the game that I didn't have to pay for (GameStop gift cards + Collector's Edition only costing 12.99 at GameStop + 3 free 25 dollar gift cards I had = 5 accounts total). I have contributed a bit towards my SB, but, after some careful thought and consideration, I've decided to stop contributing to it (still not built yet) and just apply to a Fleet with more than one real life person.

How did you hear about the 12th fleet? I heard about it from the main STO Forum.
What made you interested in choosing the 12th fleet? Of all the topics in the forum for Fleet Recruitment, the 12th Fleet had the most number of replies that I could see.

What days and times are you usually online?: This may come as a shock or suprise to some, but my only computer at home is a netbook. It can actually render the game in an extremely low quality setting, but most of the time when I play, I go to a cyber cafe. Due to my work schedule, and the need to have money to rent time, I usually only go twice a month. Currently, I have Mondays and Tuesdays off, and I also have some mornings where I could go in before work, but only for a few hours or so.

Have you ever played an MMORPG? If so, which one and how long: Yes, STO, EVE Online
I've played STO since it was released in 2010, but not concurrently. I made it to around level 45 with my main and level 23 with my then only alt before I had no more time on my subscription. When I moved to Utah in July of 2011, and started saving money up, I made VA on both within 4 visits to the cyber cafe, each only 4 to 6 hours apiece.
EVE Online...that is a beast I intend to tame someday. I've played it about a total of 9 months accross some 8 trial accounts, and 1 paid subscription for a month.

In a paragraph please explain how you will benefit the 12th fleet?
I'm not a noob when it comes to the game. When I feel like going to the Deferi Sector and doing the daily Deferi missions, I have my ship set up so that the Breen can never get my hull down to 45%, and I chew through the ships there in a very quick manner. Also, while I don't have a screenshot to prove it, I've got my skills to a point that one time I took out a Borg Cube (100% hull, full shields when I started firing) in an exploration cluster with a single shot from my Tricobalt Torpedo Launcher, plus my beams. I think the entire fight lasted about 24 seconds. I have done several STFs (Borg only) in the past, and I know what to do in space. Ground STFs (again, Borg) are not as easy for me, but I'm willing to practice, practice, and practice some more.
Basically, I'm an easy going person who does not have a care for the nit-picking most people will do in game. Nor will I ignore anyone asking for help, if I can get to them in time.

I would also like to offer my existing fleet to use as additional bank storage if it would help. Though, at the moment, it only has one tab.
I'd have to spend some time clearing out what I have, as well as retrieving all the items stored throughout my 4 alt accounts, so that I could contribute what I still have.
With my 4 alt accounts, I can at least log into them and do quick daily missions like lore and Officer Reports on my netbook. I'd be happy to contribute any Dilithium to 12th.
