In a paragraph please explain how you will benefit the 12th fleet?

I'm quick witted and able to think on my toes. Loyal to my group as long as I receive the same loyalty. I'm a well rounded leader and have held positions within groups anywhere from lackey of a budding group to co-leader of the third largest group on the server and although I am willing to step up to a position of leadership, I have absolutely no problem with stepping back and taking orders.
