When we apply to the Fleet we apply as players not particular Toons/Characters. We identify a "Main Toon" for tracking purposes, any other characters are considered "Alts" and may not be assigned to the Fed-side Primary Starbase but may be housed in the 12th Reserves (Fed side) or the 12th Honor Guard (KDF side).

No need for another App though. A member need only speak with their Squad Leader to get the appropriate invite.
