Are you sure it's the exact same login you use for the STO game launcher?

It should be the same as your game launcher. Ensure any letters that need to be capitalized are capitalized.
If you cant get it to work post back here and I will do my best to get it figured out

well I use my email for my login but ya when I enter my user name it does not seem to work.
I have been researching the problem but nothing is working

ok so I just used my user name that not only shows on the launcher of STO but on arc games. and when I sign into arch games with my email it shows me my username so when I log out and try to use that it doesn't work. Same thing when I try to do that on the forum.

Use the username(or email) that allows you to get into arc. Once signed in it should allow you to post. If that does not work, I will be in game for the next couple of hours so we can sort it all out.

Now are you doing this via the Arc launcher or the actual web site?
