How did you hear about the 12th fleet? STO forums


What made you interested in choosing the 12th fleet? When I read the ad, I liked the feel I got out of it. I like that you aim at doing just about everything in the game, PvE, PvP and RP and that you do know that people have RL and respect that. I like to PvE, I didn't try the PvP aspect yet, but I soon will. And I do like to RP, but I am not a heavy RPer.

Primary STO interest (Mark all that apply to you): solo PvE, Group PvE, Raiding, PVP

As far as I know crafting is not available yet, so all of the above, with a focus on the first 3 as I didn't try PvP yet, as already stated. When crafting is implemented I will have a good look at it, as I do like to have my craft. In other MMOs I often wind up being one of those offering crafting services to their guild/legion/raid.

What days and times are you usually online?: I'll be online daily until I find a new job, times will vary as I play other games. Then it might be about 3/4 days a week, in the evenings.

Primary Division interest: Exploration (it would be Tactical and Maco but I see you are full in those divisions). Medical.

Secondary Division interest: Research (I don't have it yet but I will make a science officer, I now have a tactical officer).

Have you ever played an MMORPG? If so, which one and how long: Too many... Runescape, Legend of Ares, Cabal Online, WOW, Aion, Guild Wars, Conquer Online, Rappelz and a lot more. The one I played the most was WOW, about 2/3 years. Then I kind of dropped it for Aion, still playing that.

In a paragraph please explain how you will benefit the 12th fleet? Good and hopefully mature company, contributing to the team fun and hopefully be able to help the others in the Fleet once I know more how the game works. I tried the beta for a couple of days only and I need experienced but I signed up for a lifetime sub... You might have to suffer some really bad humor... KHAAAAAAN!

Greetings from Research! You actually don't have to be a science officer to be in exploration/research, though in medical I am sure it is recommended (not sure about that).

Anyway, we have a huge influx of applicants and it will take some time to process your application for consideration by the Admiralty. If you don't hear back anything in about a week, then let the highest-ranking officer in your choice of division (exploration or medical, I presume) know via PM, and we will do our best to give you the attention you need. In reguards to the Science Officer, I am just really enjoying it, so I don't mind having rerolled from Tactical, although I haven't abandoned that yet.

But hey, lifetime subscription for the win, hey!

The only annoying thing is the Steam downloader right now. It deleted my client files twice. The second time I -had- to update STO from there though (I was doing that directly from the STO launcher after the first wipe) as I wasn't getting my retailer key without downloading from Steam after Headstart.

So sigh... I can't get my STO dose for a few hours, and possibly 'til tomorrow now as it's almost 1am here! I could have been a few levels higher by now.
