How did you hear about the 12th fleet?
I was browsing the STO forums and came across this entity.

What made you interested in choosing the 12th fleet?
As I reviewed a handful of other fleets, this fleet seems to be well
thought out and recognizes all divisions of starfleet. I feel that
this group will have a strong individuals that will team to build an elite fleet.
