I have an open beta key already but I cant seem to enter it yet on the official website... it says that my product key doesnt match any of their products. Is there something wrong with my key or should I just wait until the 12th?

No this is a bug that is currently effecting a few people..

Check your entering 25 letters, in capitals..

the - should enter for you.

If it still doesnt work, and your sure your both logged in, and have validated your account
then PM stormshade on the forums or contact cryptic support to clarify if your key is valid.
