My computer crashed today and the problem was the Graphics card it said. I downloaded the latest drivers for the GTX 260 and now the Game runs like crap and My computer display is very small. Can anyone give me advice on how to fix this?

When you run an update to your graphic drivers, sometimes it restores your display drivers back to default settings. Try changing those settings first, aswell as in the game. It could also be a bad patch and you may need to update your drivers again. Keep in mind when dealing with drivers especially from most sites now, you need to make sure your downloading the right ones for the following criteria: Video card, Operating System. eg. if your running a 32 bit OS or 64 OS, gotta make sure they are the right ones.

yeah assuming its a Nvidia card... dont use the latest drivers, had same issues... Switched to factory defaults for the time being~

Tom's Hardware did an article on performance in STO where the GTX 260 rocked the game. The driver set he used was Nvidia GeForce Driver 195.62. That is the set I would try.

Thanks to all of you for the advice. I am going to try and restore the GTX 260 to factory condition. I hope they have the download on the website.

NO LUCK! I took it to a tech and had them look at it. They are not very good and could not find the problem. The game runs very choppy. Where before it ran great. I cannot even play Napoleon Total War anymore. I did order a new Geforce GTX 285 card and I am going to try and install it myself. If I am not online for a few the next few weeks then you will know I broke that too.

After open heart surgery on my Computer I think I have fixed the problem. I will be playing a little bit over the next few days to test it out. I hope to see you all in game. thanks for the help and advice.
